Pleased to meet you

It was so lovely to meet other local bloggers at the Biggest Quilting Bee at Hettie's Patch. From left to right: grannyloz, the stitching room, me and em, ausrose and quiltygal. I have to say I really appreciated the opportunity to meet these girls that I have developed an email/blog relationship with. Anyhow, I was way too busy chatting to take any other photos (or eat anything), but if you want to pop over to Hettie's blog you can see photos of the beautiful quilts that were displayed. One day I hope to have something worthy of displaying.

I was a very good girl and didn't buy any fabric - but Emily, who doesn't get many opportunities to shop there, had to buy a little something.

Emily with her Parisienne fabric which she has great plans for. She just needs to find a few more fabrics to go with it. This girl is gonna have to get herself a job to support her habit. lol.
cheers

It was a good day.....and I had a cup of tea but was way too busy talking (and shopping) to sample any of the goodies at morning tea!! At least you will be able to raid Emily's stash when you need to.....!! Look forward to catching up again soon....
