Julian had friends over after school and I had been out all day and hadn't had the chance to shop for snacks so I had to resort to making something myself. What could be better on a cold, blustery day than a plate full of poffertjes. Mmmmmm yum l x
Look yummy ...had a look at pans said you can use a gem cake pan think Ive got one of those sp might give them a go see how gluten free ones turnout (wikipedia said they used to be made with buckwheat so might do that)

mmmh... love them! never owned a pan for them though, only had them in holland
